I feel like what job cuts recently by xbox division has hurt the Q&A testers. I am not sure how much but noticed in d4 and recently wow updates being running into more issues after the job cuts. so I am not sure how bad this has affected the overall product of these games but it isn't good when you have better product ideas with bad bugs/performance issues weighing down these games.

Crate rarity is a great idea

To me the tinker slots does a world of difference and makes it feel very fun and fresh, at least the first character you're leveling. The scaling is bad however and sometimes I get oneshot by stuff that should not hit that hard haha.

Once you hit 60 you start getting weaker and weaker because blizzard can't scale for shit

MoP is the most underrated xpac imo. I played it when it was current and enjoying the remix version.

Nixxiom... Blizzard approached Warhammer years ago and was turned away, then made a close but not too close copy with Warcraft.

I'm leveling a sub rogue and my experience has been not the same. Energy regen before shadow techniques unlocks is crap. I can use two abilities and the wait for energy to come back up. The gems don't feel too impactful but tinkers are amazing. An absorb shield, +50% crit on stunned enemies, extra damaging procs, all so very helpful. Bandages are pretty useless but I noticed at the infinite Bazaar they are tradable for some pots.

Earthen should be bigger than dwarves.

I actually like the gem system; 100% I think some of the spells are crap. But you have to look at the game in a different way. I see it as a form of character customisation. Always wanted that fantasy or playing a paladin. I got a spell, I think its brilliance or some crap. 5% vers but more importantly 2% of a champs resource. So mana energy and so on regenerated as long and they within 40 yards. It felt like, ah I am this paladin that is inspiring the front lines. Keeping my team fighting longer. I really liked that. Though I think most of the spells are not really all that interesting. It's not thematic.

People do NOT want something like the cloak of infinite potential in retail trust me. How do i know? *Has a PTSD attack about the heart of azeroth grind, the endless artifact weapon grind* Just a feeling.

the cloak system where it is used on your alts requires an achievement to be done on your main at max level. After this achievement then it is unlocked on your alts.

i'm with nixxiom, the power you have is the same as it would be if the gear had actual stats on it, we're just beta testers for the mobile version of wow they're clearly working on

I mean thing with the crates it's nice anything you don't need like gems or gear can be scrapped for currency for mog,mounts,toys and etc so it hasn't really bothered me with so much for crates cause there's stuff I want that I wasn't able to get back then.

What you said about the loot crates reminds me a bit of the dragon isle resource . There's little in the game that I've wanted to buy with those.

Great first impressions video, and entertaining as heck. From all the prelaunch videos I was thinking shades of Diablo 4 in Pandaria, but you are too correct. The gems and tinkers and meta stuff to socket is so underwhelming at level 20 and below. I'll keep going, but in no rush to max it out. More in it for access to the transmogs.👍

Saying gems do not matter is pretty dumb, you're level 20, even gear don't really matter at that point. Wait until the gems give a LOT of stats. I know it's first impression but this feels like you played 5 mn and rumble for 20mn

reviewing the whole system at lvl 20 is a joke, go play the game for some hours first and then be a critic of it. Everything for the clicks...

Dynamic flight as an evoker is the best thing in pandaria for me. The loot boxes are boring af, as are the scrolls/potions. The gems are apparently very random, so your experience will vary, like Nixiom, I am no impressed.

Hey Nixx, you can set your inventory to sort loot automatically, you have 36 slot bags for a reason. And this is mop, levelling is super watered down, its just a mindless grind.

Hey Nixxiom, I think you it's good if you play a little more before you make these first impression videos, a lot of the issues mentioned in the Video are just Blizzard starting us out a bit slower so we feel even better when we eventually get a few gem combinations that feel good, because then it really does just go BOOOM. From my rough memory I would say that starts happening around 20-25, probably earlier if you get better luck with the gems you get. The cloak is tied to an achievement, no idea why they did it but my guess would be to focus on one character first to then switch to another, for example even the exp bonus on your cloak, that you receive gets less in favour of your other stats so you start a new character once you hit max instead of grinding away on a main. So in a way they want you to play alts but also want you to focus on one character at a time it seems. I also don't think they should make the boxes less frequent, that just seems silly. It's supposed to feel like an ARPG so the amount of loot needs to be high but they should add the cosmetics we can earn into them and just make em a lower percantage chance to still make you go "WOW" when you get one, for when you already got all the good GEMS since there really isn't any surprises besides blue and epic gear after it anymore. Scaling is pretty broken at the moment, and gem swapping is annoying but besides that Im having a blast so far, already hit 70 yesterday and plan on going with alt after alt. It feels really refreshing once you get rolling, but yeah due to the weird scaling issues in a lot of content it still has its rough moments.

For me, the most amazing thing it's that it is, basically, mostly, FREE TO PLAY. No raid, only 3/8 zones, 3/4 of the mounts... All the rest is farmable without paying. AND THAT FEELS GREAT BABY.

This video is wrong in so many aspects of the new mode. If you came here for a review or insight, go try the game. As someone who already has max lvl and few raids, this is nowhere near true experience.

As a UI designer, I can safely say that definitely someone who's not very good at customer centric design made these new systems. Just some of the problems I have: * Gems and slots are not clear, why not differentiate them more? For example cog and tinker slots sound same, look the same and the slot itself doesn't really have labels. You spend minutes figuring out what goes where * When you open a chest, you got 20+ dumb toasts popping off - blizz misusing an alert system that wasn't design to display loot. You need to install an addon to fix this. Awful info & alert communication here * Terrible product communication here - I feel like Mists Remix was pretty misrepresented, like Cloak and alts. They made it all too slow. If it's so geared for alts, why not let us skip intro quests? Super tedious. * Like Nixxiom said in the video, a lot of the new aspects are very confusing and feel like they were hacked together over the weekend. I could totally do without the activity gems, and just have them proc & give passives.

I hate these kind of people...Bitching about the minorest things...yeah this is how this game mode works if you have a problem don't play it..when there isn't any loot then thats the problem, if the game gives you lots of loot that is also a problem. There is no fine line with these kind of players/youtubers..Jumping on wagons for profit...I gave you a shot maybe you have something smart to say, but i was dissapointed...
